We have a strict no refund policy set in place as we offer beauty products. If for any reason your package has not been delivered please do the following:
Contact the carrier USPS at 1-800-275-8777. All packages are shipped priority and are insures by the postal service and they are responsible for any lost and/or refund due if they lose your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damages or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue further.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products(such as special orders). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS.
Exchanges
All sales are final and no returns or changes to your order can be made once it has been shipped.
